philbeth reserves the right to require enhanced due diligence at any stage, including requests for government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) regulations of the Philippines.
All deposits to the philbeth platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and UnionBank may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your philbeth wallet balance. philbeth is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

philbeth reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of a suspected AMLC reportable transaction, philbeth is required by law to comply with applicable AML reporting obligations before processing withdrawals.
philbeth may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. In the event of a technical failure, system error, or connectivity issue during an active game round, the outcome of the round will be determined based on the result recorded by the game server at the time of the interruption. Malfunction voids all pays and play. Any software or game glitch resulting in an abnormal payout — including a payout that is inconsistent with the stated rules and paytable of the game — will be treated as a malfunction. philbeth reserves the right to void such payouts and will notify the affected player accordingly.

All content on the philbeth platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of philbeth or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any philbeth content without prior written authorisation from philbeth.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philbeth's total liability to you in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the philbeth platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
philbeth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if philbeth has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The philbeth platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While philbeth makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and performance, it does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
philbeth collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines. By registering on philbeth, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at philbeth.com/privacy-policy.
philbeth will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with game providers, payment processors, KYC and AML service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or contract.
